The Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, approving the IP Law, concerning the protection of copyright. was modified with Law No. 2/2019 of 1 March 2019 and more recently with Royal Decree-Law 24/2021 of 3 November 2021. These modifications transposed the EU directive on collective rights management, the EU directive on copyright exceptions for disability, the EU directive on the exercise of copyright and related rights applicable to certain online transmissions of broadcasting organisations and retransmissions of television and radio programmes, and the EU directive on copyright in the digital single market7 into the Spanish legal system.
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Directive 95/46/EC and Law and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the Information and Electronic Commerce society, WCLUB Connecting Golf & Business S.L. Personal data provided will be included in an automated file from WCLUB.These are the minimum data for registering and using the services offered on the portal as well as for communicating with existing news or changes. and any commercial communications about the services or products related to new technologies that WCLUB offers in accordance with its corporate purpose.This information is the property of the user or customer. .C. – The User or Customer, if a natural person, must be of legal age and of sufficient legal capacity in accordance with his or her personal legal requirements or be a legal entity validly established in accordance with the law, with WCLUB exempt from any liability for failure to comply with this requirement.

Our offer includes links to external third party websites. We have no influence on the contents of those websites, therefore we cannot guarantee for those contents. Providers or administrators of linked websites are always responsible for their own contents.
The linked websites had been checked for possible violations of law at the time of the establishment of the link. Illegal contents were not detected at the time of the linking.
