The WCLUB Home-Of in Germany
Since it was founded in 1910, the Munich Golf Club has stood for tradition, passion, social commitment, and sporting success. In addition, it combines the values of a modern golf course business with high quality standards. This is precisely why the MGC was awarded the gold certification “Golf & Natur” by the German Golf Association and was awarded the Inclusion Prize & Media Award 2017.
We feel just as committed to the long-standing tradition and the associated values as we do to today’s requirements for a modern golf club, and we are pleased to have created a balance that enables every golf enthusiast, whether young or old, to feel at home at the Munich Golf Club to feel good all around.
Our scenically attractive courses with a predominantly parkland character include the 27-hole course in Straßlach and the 9-hole town course in Thalkirchen. The course in Straßlach was redesigned in 2006 by the world-renowned American golf course architect Perry O. Dye and since then has been the only course in Germany to be awarded the “Dye Design” title.
